Rich Yost

Rich Yost has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the aluminum sector. Rich started their career at Combustion Engineering in 1978, where they held various roles such as Eastern OEM Manager, Primary Products Manager, and Project Engineer. Rich then joined Fiberx in 1985 as a District Sales Manager. In 1988, they joined Alcoa as a Manufacturing/Operations Manager and later became the Regional Manager for Permatech. In 1994, they became the Vice President of Sales at Alcoa's subsidiary, Permatech. Yost joined Wagstaff Inc. in 1998 as the Eastern USA Area Manager, responsible for sales management of molten aluminum customers. Since 2007, they have been the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Wagstaff Incorporated, where they oversee product and market development plans to optimize worldwide market penetration and growth for all of Wagstaff's businesses.

Rich Yost pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Ceramic Engineering and Economics from Rutgers University, which they completed between 1973 and 1978. Rich furthered their academic endeavors by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, which they completed from 1983 to 1985.
