Louise Todd has a diverse work experience in various roles within the hospitality and customer care industry. Louise started their career in 2007 as a Lodge Operations Manager at Exclusive Resorts at Bovey Castle. Louise then worked as a Resort Manager at Bovey Castle from 2011 to 2012. After that, they served as a Deputy General Manager at The Magdalen Chapter from 2012 to 2016. Following this, they worked as an Operations Manager at The Lygon Arms Hotel for a brief period in 2016. From 2016 to 2023, they joined Burrington Estates Ltd, where they held the positions of Front of House and Marketing Support and later became the Customer Care Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Care at Wain Homes since 2023.
