In this role, you’ll be working with directly with our Head of People Operations team and hiring managers to create an end-to-end recruiting pipeline for our growing team in Stockholm.
What you'll be doing 🚀
- Collaborating with People Ops and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and desired qualifications for candidates.
- Planning and implementing a recruiting pipeline based on qualifications and job descriptions for anticipated vacancies.
- Using creative recruiting methods to attract top-tier candidates.
- Managing correspondence and relationships with candidates.
- Performing other related duties as needs arise.
What skills you need 📖
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills.
- Attention to detail and extremely organized.
- Ability to build positive relationships with candidates.
- Proficiency working within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
