In this role, you’ll be working with directly with our Head of People Operations team and hiring managers to create an end-to-end recruiting pipeline for our growing team in Stockholm.

What you'll be doing 🚀

• Collaborating with People Ops and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and desired qualifications for candidates.
• Planning and implementing a recruiting pipeline based on qualifications and job descriptions for anticipated vacancies.
• Using creative recruiting methods to attract top-tier candidates.
• Managing correspondence and relationships with candidates.
• Performing other related duties as needs arise.

What skills you need 📖

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills.
• Attention to detail and extremely organized.
• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates.
• Proficiency working within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
