Michael Perera

Michael Perera is a seasoned executive with extensive experience at IBM, where Michael has held key leadership roles since 2003, including Global Managing Director of SAP and Palo Alto Networks, and Vice President of various divisions, driving innovation and operational excellence across global teams. Noteworthy achievements include transforming a $6B support organization into a lifecycle services provider and leading major changes in IBM's Z Software pricing strategy. In addition to a successful career at IBM, Michael contributes to multiple boards and advisory councils, including TSIA and WakeEd Partnership, and holds an MBA from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School, complemented by a BS in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.
