Alexis Castañeda Castagnino has held various roles in the corporate world since 2009. In 2009, they were an Administrator at Corporación Acurio. From 2010 to 2016, they held four roles at Quiksilver, including Brand Manager Quiksilver, Jefe de Planeamiento y Abastecimiento, Subgerente de operaciones, and Jefe de logística. In 2016, they became Jefe Canal Tiendas por departamento at Ola y Montaña SAC. From 2017 to 2019, they held two roles at Grupo Triathlon, Jefe Comercial and Gerente de marca. Since 2019, they have been Brand Manager at OyM Brands, and since 2020, they have been Head of Operations at Wakuli. In 2017, they also founded and became General Manager of INSPIRE PERU, a brand of clothing and accessories dedicated to generating responsible consumption habits, with 10% of net sales going to the development of children in Peru.
Alexis Castañeda Castagnino has an extensive education history. In 2018, they obtained a GRE and TOEFL certification from ETS. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Universidad de Piura in 2016. In 2020, they obtained a Master's degree from Rotterdam Business School and a Master's degree in Dirección de Marketing y Gestion Comercial from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2018.
