Ravi Bhushan has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various companies and positions. Ravi Bhushan has a diverse educational background. Ravi completed their graduation in Commerce from Delhi University between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they studied Business/Commerce at Delhi Public School from 1988 to 2001. Ravi then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they also completed a course in Labour Laws and Labour welfare at the same university in 2006-2007.

Ravi attained the Aerospace Quality Management System certification from DNV GL - Business Assurance NL | Certificering & Training in June 2016. Additionally, they also obtained the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 certification from DNV GL in February 2016.
