Ruitao Shi has worked for a number of companies since 2017, starting as a Public Relations Intern at Interpublic Group (IPG) where they worked on regional marketing campaign planning and activations for SK-II. In 2018, they worked as a Project Consultant at Capco and led an Oktopost engagement project. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at THG where they held various roles such as Ecommerce Trading Executive and Senior Ecommerce Trading Executive for LOOKFANTASTIC D2C, where they were responsible for day-to-day trading operations, monitoring key metrics and identifying new initiatives. Most recently, starting in 2023, they began working as an eTrade Marketing Manager at Waldencast.
Ruitao Shi received a Bachelor of Economics degree in International Economics and Trade from the University of International Business and Economics in 2018. In 2015, they attended a summer school program at the National University of Singapore where they focused on Innovation and Management. In 2019, Ruitao Shi earned a Master of Science degree in Strategic Marketing and Consulting from the University of Birmingham.
