Léa Mendonça

Léa Mendonça has a diverse work experience in the Human Resources and Talent Management fields. Léa began their career in 2016 as an Event Manager for Électron Libre, where they managed a fundraising of 10K€ to create the association and organized three Art Festivals. Léa then worked as a Booking Agent for Foremost Music, where they booked and promoted well-known artists. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Intern/Talent Management for AXA US. In 2018, they were an HR Assistant - Employer Branding at Revlon Inc., where they created a platform for new hires from scratch and presented the project to the Leadership Team. Currently, they are a Talent and People at Waldo and a Recruiter at TAYLOR RIVER.

Léa Mendonça has a diverse educational background. Léa attended Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul for their Master program in Management Strategy. Léa then attended ICN Business School for their Master program in Art and Entertainment Industry Management. Before that, they attended Lycée Michelet for Hypokhâgne-Khâgne (classes préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles) with an English Literature Major. Lastly, they attended Cours Florent for Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft.
