Penny Smith

Penny Smith has been with Wales & West Utilities since April 2007, currently serving as Capability Lead for the Link Project, where Penny contributes to the development of new core business software to enhance efficiency across the organization. Previous roles at Wales & West Utilities include Records and Procurement Management Officer for Special Projects, where responsibilities involved managing the document control system and maintaining the Excel Master Document Register. Penny's extensive experience also includes positions as Material Co-ordinator, Technical Assistant for Non-Standard Designs, Customer Service Assistant, and Admin Assistant. Prior to joining Wales & West Utilities, Penny held the position of Branch Manager at Thomas Cook from May 1999 to December 2005.
