Ryan Stakenborghs has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on management roles. Ryan started their career at T. J. Ribs in 2010 as a FOH and BOH Manager, where they were responsible for hiring employees, managing the POS system, and handling ordering and menu planning. In 2011, they joined Primerica as a Registered Rep, helping families become financially independent and building a client base through various channels. Ryan then joined Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux in 2012 as a Front of House and Back of House Operations Manager, where they excelled in cost control, menu execution, and team management. Ryan transitioned to Brechtel Hospitality in 2015 as an NSO Kitchen Manager, overseeing new store openings, cost control, and implementing systems to maintain kitchen standards. Ryan returned to Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux in 2016 as an Executive Kitchen Manager, leading daily operations, team growth, and cost control. In 2018, they took on the role of Regional Culinary Coach, further diversifying their responsibilities. More recently, they joined Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux as a Back Office System Administrator in 2022. Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated strong leadership, financial planning, and operational skills.
Ryan Stakenborghs attended Delgado Community College from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Physics. During their time at Delgado, their field of study focused on Theoretical and Mathematical Physics.
