Jake Staples is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as an Asset Manager and previously as a Financial Analyst at Walker & Dunlop since December 2021. Prior to this, Jake worked at drive21, Inc. as a Project Accountant, where responsibilities included leading billing and forecasting for high-profile clients, managing a significant revenue stream, and implementing accounting software. Experience also includes an internship at FBN Securities Inc., where Jake developed financial models and assisted in organizing capital introduction conferences. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Theology from The King's College, along with a FMVA candidacy from the Corporate Finance Institute.
