Matt Stanley

Matt Stanley has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Matt started their career at T. Rowe Price as a Senior Mutual Fund Accountant from June 2005 to October 2007. Matt then worked at International Fund Services (NA) LLC, a State Street Company, as a Hedge Fund Accountant from December 2007 to August 2009. Following this, they joined Morgan Stanley, where they served as an Analyst in the Derivatives Client Processing Control Group from December 2009 to January 2011. Matt later became an Associate in the Fixed Income Securities Client Service Group from January 2011 to November 2012. Since November 2012, Matt has been working at Walker & Dunlop, initially as an Underwriting Analyst until February 2016. Matt then progressed to become an FHA Underwriter from February 2016 to February 2017. From February 2017 to February 2019, they worked as an Assistant Vice President and MAP Underwriter. Most recently, they held the positions of Vice President and Deputy Chief Underwriter from February 2019 to February 2022, and as of February 2022, they are currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriter at Walker & Dunlop.

Matt Stanley attended Calvert Hall College High School from 1998 to 2001. Matt then went on to study at Gettysburg College from 2001 to 2005, although no degree or field of study is specified.
