Steven Giuliano

Steven Giuliano has a strong background in technology and information security, with significant experience in both the financial and healthcare industries. Steven is currently the Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Technology Operations at Walker & Dunlop since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Security & Risk Management Consultant at Yass Partners from May 2022 to December 2022. From August 2014 to April 2022, they served as the Vice President of Technology at Independence Blue Cross. Before that, they spent a decade at BlackRock, where they held the position of Managing Director, Head of Global Technology Operations from April 2004 to March 2014. Their early career includes a long tenure at Independence Blue Cross as the Director of Infrastructure Services from 1987 to 2004.

Steven Giuliano attended Drexel University from 1992 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
