Lindsey McCoy

Lindsey McCoy, CDR, serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead and Recruitment Sourcing Specialist (National) at Walker Consultants since April 2020, contributing to a 100% employee-owned firm focused on planning, design, engineering, and consulting services. Previously, Lindsey held the position of Recruiter at Viking Group Inc., a leader in fire protection, and worked as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Mixed Staffing & Recruiting, a Certified Woman-Owned staffing agency. Earlier experience includes roles as Home Manager at MOKA, Lead Supervisor at HomeLife, Inc., and positions at Western Michigan University, which included serving as an Information Desk Associate and Student Facility Manager. Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University, awarded in 2016.
