Phil Baron

Philip Baron is Director of Planning for Walker’s Michigan offices. He specializes in planning and financial consulting projects for private and public entities located in North America and the Middle East and North Africa region. In this capacity, Phil is experienced in providing advice in a broad range of disciplines, including capital planning, multi-year financial planning, rate analysis, methods of financing, and the structuring of various forms of tax-exempt securities. Philip has served as an advisor to public agencies, universities, hospitals, and private investment firms involving over $1.0 billion in infrastructure development.
