Julie Forlenza

Julie Forlenza has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Julie currently works as a Management Information Systems Manager at Walking with Purpose since September 2021. Prior to this, Julie worked at BraveWorks from August 2018, serving as a Salesforce Administrator and assisting with platform maintenance, reporting, and metrics.

Before BraveWorks, Julie held the position of Business Office Manager at Calvary Child Development Center from August 2010 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for student registration, record maintenance, and developing efficiencies in billing and staff scheduling processes.

Julie's earliest work experience was at Detroit Medical Center, where they served as an Information Systems Coordinator/Business Analyst from January 1989 to August 1993. In this position, they acted as a liaison between the IT department and hospital departments, automated manual processes, and evaluated vendors and systems for optimal departmental solutions.

Julie Forlenza obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Dubuque, where they studied from 1979 to 1982. Julie later pursued a Master's of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Wayne State University, completing their studies from 1989 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Julie Forlenza has also obtained several certifications. In November 2019, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. In May 2020, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce. Most recently, in November 2021, they completed the Google Drive Essential Training from LinkedIn and became a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
