Mattias Leskens

Mattias Leskens is an experienced advisor and executive coach specializing in leadership and organizational transformation. Currently serving as an Advisor to the CEO and Management Team at Homeras since June 2022, Mattias focuses on enhancing governance and fostering constructive conflict. Concurrently, Mattias is a Sparringpartner to the CEO at Walkly and an Executive Team Coach at Mentally Fit, where the mission is to empower individuals and organizations in their performance and wellness. As the Founder of atelier-81, Mattias provides independent support for leaders in various transformation areas. Previous roles include Head of People & Transformation at ARAG SE, Business Transformation Advisor at Gilead Sciences and Bayer, and Chief of Staff at Adagio Agency. Mattias holds a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences from EHSAL Management School and has pursued additional education at Vlerick Business School and Growth Tribe.
