Shani Ginat

Shani Ginat holds a significant background in human resources, currently serving as VP People & Culture at SentinelOne since April 2022 and as VP HR- International at WalkMe™ since October 2020. Ginat's prior experience includes roles at Cisco from 2008 to 2020, where responsibilities ranged from HR Manager for the Engineering group in Israel to HR Partner for the South Europe Sales organization, overseeing HR strategies and operations across multiple countries. Ginat's career began at Ernst & Young as an HR Partner for various consultancy departments. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources and Consulting from the College of Management and a BA in Social Work from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
