Deshnee van Rooijen is the Global Director of Creative & Content at Wallbox. Deshnee has previously worked as the Global Marketing Director at Philips from April 2017 to February 2022, where they were responsible for providing and developing Consumer Marketing Strategies for the Coffee Portfolio. During their time at Philips, Deshnee lead and supported all consumer marketing efforts for Coffee, communicated the marketing plans to key stakeholders, and built awareness and positioning for the Coffee business.

Deshnee van Rooijen has a passion for developing strategies that are market relevant and support the development of stand out creative content. Deshnee is responsible for establishing and driving consumer centric marketing initiatives that support business goals. Additionally, they oversee the Global A&P budget.

During their time at Philips, Deshnee also developed a communication strategy and roadmap to drive awareness of Philips sustainability initiatives.

Deshnee van Rooijen has a BCOM in marketing from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Deshnee also matriculated from Kingsway High. Deshnee has a certification in digital marketing from General Assembly and a certification in ascend leadership development from WITS Global Business School.

They are on a team with Bárbara Calixto - Chief Marketing Officer, David Garcia Baño - VP of Product, and Matthew Tractenberg - VP, Investor Relations. Deshnee van Rooijen reports to Enric Asunción, CEO.
