Niki Mahona

Niki Mahona is currently the Training Content Manager at Wallbox. Niki was previously with Whisbi from August 2017 to March 2020, where they served as Lead Trainer.

In their role at Whisbi, Niki was responsible for training everyone from agents to stakeholders on using the company's products effectively. Niki also created user manuals and training video material.

Niki's experience with Whisbi has given their the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their current position at Wallbox. Niki is passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping others to reach their full potential.

Niki Mahona attended Falkonergårgen HF and received certification from Udemy in How to make an online community platform and introduction to software testing or software QA. Niki also has certification from Duolingo in Duolingo French Fluency: Beginner (Estimated).

Niki Mahona reports to Jordi Cano, Head of Training. They are on a team with Miquel Gomez Roura - Head of Training, Benet Ramos Carreguí - Training and Sales Support Manager France.
