Capt. Jon Streett

Capt. Jon Streett has a robust maritime career spanning over three decades, currently serving as the Manager of Cargo Quality for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean & Solutions since August 2017. In this role, Capt. Streett oversees Ports and Cargo operations from Newport News, Virginia to Halifax, Canada, previously holding positions as the North Atlantic Ports and Cargo Operations Manager and as Head of Ports and Cargo Operations for North Atlantic. Capt. Streett's extensive experience includes leadership roles in the Baltimore Vessel Operations Team and Cargo Quality at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, where responsibilities included conducting quality checks on vessel operations and training personnel in best practices. Capt. Streett began the maritime journey with Wilhelmsen Lines as Port Captain, focusing on cargo loading and discharge for large con-ro vessels, and first served as Master of the Stuyvesant at DOI Incorporated. Capt. Streett holds Bachelor's degrees in Maritime Transportation Management and Nautical Management from Maine Maritime Academy.
