Julissa Steiner

Julissa Steiner has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1990. Julissa has held various roles in different companies and industries, including VP of HR Mexico and Panama at Wallenius Wilhelmsen since January 2022. In this role, they have overseen HR activities, recruitment and selection processes, payroll management, benefits administration, and performance evaluations for multiple countries in Latin America. Prior to this, Julissa worked as the General Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in El Salvador and as a Human Resources Manager at Docusal S.A. de C.V. Julissa has also served as a Human Resources Director at Hotel Princess Zona Rosa and as a Marketing Manager at FUSAL. Julissa's diverse experience includes positions in banking and education as well. Overall, they have demonstrated strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills in their various roles throughout their career.

Julissa Steiner obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Marymount University in 1988. Julissa then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in the same field from Marymount University in 1989.
