Renata Bastos

Renata Bastos has extensive experience in customer care and coordination, currently serving as the Customer and Cargo Coordination Manager for Wallenius Wilhelmsen in the USA since September 2008. Renata's previous roles within the same company include Customer Care and Document Manager and Customer Care Manager in Brazil, as well as a Customer Care Team Member. Prior to this, Renata worked as a Foreign Trade Analyst at Emerson Electric do Brasil Ltda from January 2007 to September 2008. Renata holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Foreign Trade from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, completed in 2006.
