Bob Morris

Bob Morris is a seasoned attorney with over 35 years of experience in areas including capital formation, domestic and international business expansions, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and technology protection. Currently serving as Counsel at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP since January 2018, Bob previously held the position of Partner from 2014 to 2018. Bob has also contributed as VP of Corporate Development and General Counsel at Local Seed Company and served on the board of Local Seed Holdings, LLC. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Commercial and Financial Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
