Jeff Bacon has over 30 years of experience in IT and technology infrastructure. Jeff has held various roles in different companies, focusing on building and enhancing the IT infrastructure to support trading operations. Jeff has experience in managing teams, developing and implementing new technologies, and improving performance and capacity. Jeff has worked with multiple firms in the options market-making industry, including Walleye Trading, Citigroup Derivatives Markets, Blue Capital Group, and Arbitrade Holdings. Jeff's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Systems Administrator at Michigan Technological University, where they played a key role in deploying and managing Sun workstations.

Jeff Bacon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Jeff pursued their education at the university from 1986 to 1992.
