Bryan Lenzo is Vice President of Human Resources at Wallick Communities. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Human Resources department.
Bryan has nearly 20 years of HR experience and has worked in a variety of industries, which include education, health care, and fitness. Prior to accepting his role at Wallick Communities, Bryan was the Director of Human Resources for Rogue Fitness, the world’s largest manufacturer of exercise equipment.
Throughout his career, Bryan has also held multiple leadership positions in human resources with The Ohio State University and Licking Memorial Health Systems. In the past decade, he’s also served as a councilman for the Pataskala City Council and a board member for the City of Pataskala Planning and Zoning Commission.
Bryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University. He’s an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO).
