Ettore Di Lena (Ph.D.) has worked in various roles in the technology and digital innovation industry since 1998. Ettore'scareer began as a Consultant in the Supply Chain Management High-Tech Industry Business Unit at SAP AG. In 1999, they moved to Skyva International (member of ABB Group) as a Product Manager. From 2002 to 2006, they were the Head of Competence Center Trading and Risk Management at Enel Group. Ettore then became the Global Head of IT Energy Management at Enel Group from 2006 to 2010. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Chief Digital Business Enabler Officer at Enel Group. Ettore then moved to Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A. as the VP Technology Strategy and Digital Innovation from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they became the Head of IT and Big Data Analytics at localsearch (Swisscom Directories AG). In 2021, they moved to Axpo Group as the CIO Generation and Distribution. Currently, they are the Chief Information and Technology Officer and Managing Director - Wallife Tech AG at Wallife.

Ettore Di Lena has an extensive education history. Ettore earned an Executive MBA from LUISS Business School in 2009, a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Sapienza Università di Roma between 1995 and 2000, and was a Visiting Scholar in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at the University of California, Berkeley in 1997. Ettore also earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Economics Sciences from the Dipartimento di Scienze Statistiche - Università di Roma "La Sapienza" between 1988 and 1995.
