Arnaud Langlois has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2004, they worked as a Technicien Réseau / Backup CDP for Bouygues Telecom at ESR. From 2006 to 2008, they held various roles at Astek, including Support Fonctionnel, Support Applicatif, and AMOA for clients such as 9CEGETEL and SFR. In 2008, they worked as a MOE for Orange. Arnaud then joined NEURONES in 2011, where they served as a Service Delivery Manager for COMPLETEL. In 2014, they worked as an Ingénieur Analyste d'exploitation for the Ministère de l'Intérieur. From 2011 to 2013, they held the position of Chef de projet for DANONE and Gestionnaire d'applications en production for ORANE at Astek. In 2021, they became the Responsable du service support et exploitation at Adie, and in 2022, they joined WALLIX Group as a Customer Success Team Leader. Throughout their career, Arnaud has developed expertise in cybersecurity, customer support, incident management, team management, and IT production.

Arnaud Langlois completed their education at multiple institutions over the years. From 1998 to 2001, they attended the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, where they obtained a DUT degree in Informatique. In 2020 and 2021, they studied at OpenClassrooms and earned a Manager de projet web digital, Titre RNCP de niveau 7 (Bac+5) - Parcours Product Manager degree, specializing in Project Management. Besides their formal education, Arnaud Langlois also obtained the certification "Fondamentaux du marketing numérique" from Google Atelier Digital in February 2022.
