Richard Pan has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Richard started their career as a Summer Intern at Capital Today Group in 2016. Richard later co-founded Project SNAP in 2017. In 2019, Richard worked as a Full Stack Intern at Eutrovision Systems, Inc. and also as a Research Assistant at the Basov Infrared Laboratory at Columbia University. In this role, they were involved in various projects related to deep learning, computer vision, and building automated experiment control systems. In 2020, Richard served as an Applied AI/ML Intern at Workpal. Most recently, they worked at Capital One as an Associate Software Engineer before joining the founding team at Wally in 2022, where they hold the position of Founding Engineer.
