Alex Krueger

Alex Krueger has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the retail and e-commerce industry. Alex started their career at Kraft Foods Group as a Distribution and Operations Supervisor before moving on to Mars, where they served as an Operations Manager and later as a Demand and Operations Planning Manager. After that, they joined Target as a Project Manager and eventually became a General Manager in Training.

At Amazon, they held several positions including Site Leader for a fulfillment center, Senior Site Leader for a customer service center, General Manager for North America Virtual Customer Service, and Director for North America Operations-Customer Service. Alex also worked at Restoration Hardware as a Chief Supply Chain and Customer Experience Officer and later as a Senior Vice President for Operations and Customer Experience. Currently, Alex is at Walmart, where they are the Senior Vice President for Customer & Ops, overseeing supply chain and marketplace services. Alex'sexperience spans operations management, customer service, supply chain, and strategic initiatives.

Alex Krueger earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, completing their education from 1995 to 2000.
