Deborah Vaughn

Deborah Vaughn is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and international law. Currently serving as SVP & Chief Counsel for Walmart International and Global Sourcing, as well as SVP & General Counsel for Walmart International since October 2020, Vaughn has previously held significant positions including Director on the Board of Yuhan-Kimberly and Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Association of Corporate Counsel Asia in Singapore. Additional roles include Vice President & Chief Legal Counsel for Asia Pacific at Kimberly-Clark and various legal leadership positions at Whirlpool Corporation. Deborah holds a Master of Laws from The George Washington University and multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language, English Literature, and Philosophy from the National University of Singapore.
