Gabriel Lopez

Gabriel Lopez currently serves as the ICC Outbound Area Manager at Walmart since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing a team of help desk systems associates in a 24/7 environment, creating and escalating tickets for prompt resolutions, and striving for 100% systems compliance. In addition, Gabriel held the positions of QA/Systems Area Manager and Systems Lead at Walmart. Prior to this, Gabriel gained experience as a Cyber Security Intern at Pentagon Cyber, Inc. from October 2022 to January 2023.
