Keith Koch

Keith Koch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and technology leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Product for Walmart Health since October 2020, Koch previously held multiple senior roles at Optum, including Senior Vice President of Digital Product Management and Experience Design. Koch's leadership has consistently focused on enhancing consumer experiences through strategic digital solutions. Additional prior roles include Chief Technology Officer at Questar Assessment, Inc. and Sophia Learning, among others. Koch's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Ecology from the University of Minnesota, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising and Management.
