John Boudinot Jr. has extensive experience in the food manufacturing and culinary industries. Currently serving as a USDA Food Manufacturing professional at Walnut Creek Foods since September 2019, John specializes in producing Uncle Mike's Brand Beef Jerky and various private label meat snacks, overseeing all aspects from production to packaging within a USDA-inspected facility. Prior roles include Lead Line Cook at Hennis Care Centre, Line Cook at multiple establishments including Atwood Lake Resort and Hocking Hills Dining Lodge, and a variety of positions in culinary settings dating back to 2003. Additionally, John has a background in radio broadcasting, having worked as a production broadcaster at WAIS 770 AM / WSEO 107.7 FM Radio. John holds an Associate's degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology from Hocking College and a high school diploma from Whitehall-Yearling High School.
