Stefan Heidenreich

Stefan Heidenreich has extensive experience in various roles across different companies. Stefan currently holds the position of Head of Key Accounts at Walr since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at System1, where they served as the Chief of Staff from 2022 to 2022 and as the General Manager for Europe & APAC from 2021 to 2022. Before System1, Stefan worked at GfK, where they held multiple positions, including Global Director for gfknewron from 2019 to 2021, Regional Client Solutions Director for Emerging Markets from 2018 to 2019, Regional Lead for Brand and Customer Experience in CEE-META from 2016 to 2017, and Key Account Manager from 2014 to 2016. Stefan also had previous experience at WU Executive Academy and Vienna University of Economics and Business, where they held roles related to restructuring programs, creating curricula, and teaching. At Dresdner Bank AG, they worked in banking from 2001 to 2003.

Stefan Heidenreich has a diverse education history. Stefan began their academic journey in 2003 by pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Stefan successfully completed this degree in 2009.

During their Master's program, Stefan Heidenreich took the opportunity to enhance their language skills and cultural understanding by immersing himself in the Arabic language. In 2006 and 2007, they attended both the Arabic Teaching Institute for Non-Arabic Speakers in Damascus, Syria, and Damascus University, focusing on Arabic Language studies.

In 2009, Stefan Heidenreich continued their academic pursuits by enrolling in the PhD program in International Business at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Stefan dedicated three years to this program and successfully obtained their PhD in 2012.

In 2011, Stefan Heidenreich seized another opportunity for international exposure and academic collaboration. Stefan became a Visiting Lecturer during the Summer Program at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in Beijing, China, where they focused on International Marketing.

To augment their professional skills, Stefan Heidenreich pursued a certification in Co-Active Professional Coach Training. Stefan obtained this certification in March 2020 from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI London).
