Arundhoti Mandal

Arundhoti Mandal is an accomplished organic chemist with extensive research experience in small molecule heterocycles functionalization, possessing over 6 years in the field. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Walter Bushnell since March 2022, responsibilities include reviewing Process Development Reports and preparing Characterization Reports of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Previously, Arundhoti held the role of Research Scientist at TCG Lifesciences Pvt Ltd. from January 2021 to February 2022, focusing on multi-step organic synthesis and structural elucidation of organic compounds. Teaching roles include Visiting Faculty Member at Sister Nivedita University and Assistant Professor in Chemistry at Techno India Group. Arundhoti holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, along with a strong foundation in analytical techniques and a passion for creative problem-solving in pharmaceutical research.
