Brendan Gair

Brendan Gair has extensive experience in operations management, beginning with a role as Plant Superintendent at Pirelli Cables & Systems North America from February 1985 to January 2000, where expertise was developed in manufacturing fiber optic telecommunication cables. Following this, Brendan served as Plant Operations Manager at Maax US Corp from January 2000 to October 2016, overseeing the production of high-end bathing fixtures. Since October 2017, Brendan has been involved in operations at Walter E. Nelson Co., focusing on paper converting. Brendan holds a degree in Operations Management with a specialization in Industrial Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, complemented by education at Kwantlen Polytechnic University and The University of British Columbia.
