Jacob Bice

Jacob Bice is currently a Senior Principal at Walter P Moore, a position they have held since 2006. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University from 2003-2006 and at Texas Tech University from 2000-2002. In their role as a Graduate Research Assistant, they were responsible for field instrumentation and analysis of concrete highway bridge decks, supervised undergraduate assistants, and taught classes in reinforced concrete design and the senior design project. Additionally, at Texas Tech University they were responsible for field experiment construction and instrumentation, data analysis, and technical writing. Mr. Bice has a long history of experience in research and teaching, making him well-suited for their current role at Walter P Moore.

Jacob Bice earned their Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. Jacob also holds an MS in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. Additionally, they attended the United States Air Force Academy, and Willis High School.

They are on a team with Randy Beard - Senior Principal, Diagnostics, Chuck Cardwell - Principal, Structures, and Justin Farr - Principal, Structures. Jacob Bice reports to Dilip Choudhuri, President & CEO.
