As a Structural Engineer and Project Manager in the San Francisco office, Tanjeet is a leader in expanding the firm’s West Coast practice in various sectors, with a focus on science, tech and research facilities, laboratories, education, civic, and community and collaboration spaces. She creates innovative client-centric solutions that support immediate structural challenges, and which remain durable over time. She believes in working towards improving the constructability aspect of projects throughout the design process to achieve efficient and optimal solutions. She works with various delivery methods including fast-track, design-build delivery systems, and is a strong advocate of integrated teams for project success.

She has successfully delivered projects, since the start of her career in 2002, for numerous public and private clients, including for the University of California system, California State University system, Stanford, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, various California Community Colleges and, the Judicial Council of California. She specializes in seismic design and analysis of new and existing structures in California built using different construction materials such as steel, concrete and wood.

Tanjeet earned her Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialty in Structures from the University of Texas at Austin.
