Tom Gentry

Tom Gentry is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and team leadership. Since February 2016, Tom has served as the DevOps Team Lead and Principal Cloud Architect at Avaya, overseeing the Enterprise Cloud Solution Delivery DevOps team. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions including Official at USA Cycling since 2010, UC Design Consultant at Insight Global, Senior Tier III Engineer at Carousel Industries, and Regional Solutions Engineer at Avaya from 1998 to 2011. Earlier in the career, Tom worked as a Site Support Specialist at Softbank Services Group and began professional experience as a Cashier at Wegmans Food Markets. Tom holds a Fine Arts degree in Music from the University at Buffalo, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
