Cindy K. Fuchs

Cindy K. Fuchs is a highly experienced professional in technology transfer and research agreements, currently serving as a Senior Technology Transfer Specialist at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research since March 2020. Previously, Cindy directed the Technology Transfer Office at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases from September 2014 to February 2020, overseeing research collaborations and advising on patenting matters. With a background at the National Institutes of Health, Cindy held roles as Branch Chief and Technology Transfer Office Director, garnering extensive expertise in technology advancement and licensing. Earlier career experiences include positions as an attorney at Genetic Therapy Inc. and a technology transfer fellow at NIH.
