Antwann Nourse

Antwann Nourse currently serves as the Director of Workplace Effectiveness, DEI & Culture at the Walton Family Foundation, focusing on enhancing team impact through a culture of learning and empowerment. Previously, Antwann held roles such as Deputy Director of the K-12 Education Program at the same foundation, Senior Vice President of Global Diversity & Talent Management at Citi, and Director of Culture Initiatives at Aon. Antwann's extensive experience includes leading strategic change management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement efforts across various sectors. Antwann holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
