Scott Legel

Scott Legel, CHA, currently serves as Vice President at Walton Street Capital since September 2022. Prior to this role, Scott was Vice President of Asset Management at Brookfield Properties for a brief period in 2022. Extensive experience includes over eleven years at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE), where Scott held various positions from Analyst to Senior Vice President. Prior engagements include a stint as Corporate Assistant Operations Manager at Marriott International and as a National Sales and Corporate Summer Intern at Red Lion Hotels Corporation. Scott began a professional career with a summer internship at The Davenport Hotel and Tower. Academically, Scott holds an Advanced Certificate in Real Estate and Asset Management and a BA in Hotel and Business Administration from Cornell University.
