Nick Pane

Nick Pane is an accomplished professional in land development and management, currently serving as a Jr. Land Project Manager at W Land Development since March 2024, while also holding the position of Sr. Land Associate at Wan Bridge Group since June 2022. Nick's prior experience includes roles as an Acquisition Analyst at Wan Bridge Group and as Recruitment Chair for Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, where strategic planning and budget management were key responsibilities. Nick also gained experience as a Landman Intern at Jetstream Oil and Gas Partners, LP, focusing on contacting mineral interest owners and proposing significant monetary offers for acquisitions. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Texas Christian University, obtained in 2022.
