Saptarina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Saptarina started their career in 2008 as a Customer Service representative at PT Persada/ PT Indosat Tbk. From there, they moved on to PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. as a Project Administrator before joining PT. Sinergi Wahana Gemilang in 2014. At PT. Sinergi Wahana Gemilang, they held various roles including Channel Sales Administration and Channel Account Manager, where they were responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with resellers. In 2018, Saptarina briefly worked as an Account Manager at ITSEC Asia before rejoining PT. Sinergi Wahana Gemilang as a Business Manager, IBM. Currently, they are employed at Wanclouds Inc. as a Business Development Manager, starting in 2023.

Saptarina completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Universitas Paramadina from 2018 to 2021.
