Allen Roush

Allen Roush is a seasoned AI researcher and machine learning specialist with extensive experience in generative AI and NLP. Currently serving as a Senior AI Researcher at Wand, Allen has published research at NeurIPS 2024. Previous roles include LLM Foundation Model Architect at 273 Ventures, where state-of-the-art LLMs were developed, and Director of Generative AI at Plai Labs, overseeing a team focused on product innovation. Allen's tenure at Oracle as Principal Machine Learning Architect involved substantial contributions to generative AI and enterprise architecture, resulting in attracting significant new clientele. Allen's career began at Intel Corporation, progressing from Software Engineer Intern to Data Scientist, and includes diverse experiences in programming and research roles. Allen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Oregon.
