Robert Dietze

Robert Dietze began their career in 2010 as an intern at ZF Group, where they worked in LEAN management. In 2012, they completed internships at both Hapag-Lloyd AG and Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH, where they worked in container shipping and bodyshop planning automotive, respectively. In 2014, they began working as a plant engineer for final assembly at FERCHAU Engineering GmbH. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH in various roles, including technology scout and project manager for advanced production, and project manager for conveyor systems in final assembly and logistics. In 2019, they took a sabbatical to travel through South America. In 2020, they began working at Wandelbots as an Innovation Lead: Technology & New Markets, Product Lead, and Product Owner. In 2022, they began working as a full-time volunteer at The Salvation Army Western Division.

Robert Dietze completed a Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. (FH) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft between 2008 and 2013. Robert has also obtained a variety of certifications from institutions such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), it-agile GmbH, Haufe Akademie GmbH & Co. KG, TÜV SÜD, Hasso Plattner Institute, Coursera Course Certificates, Volkshochschule Dresden e.V., Volkswagen AG, and KUKA AG between 2018 and 2021.
