Brenda Martel, CPP, PHR

Brenda Martel, CPP, PHR has over 17 years of experience in human resources and payroll. Brenda began their career in 2002 as a Human Resources Coordinator at The J. M. Smucker Company. In 2011, they moved to Tharaldson Hospitality Management as a Payroll Manager. In 2014, Brenda became the Payroll Manager at RDO Equipment Co / RD Offutt Company. In 2018, they took on the role of Client Success Manager - Payroll at OnCoreHCM. Most recently, they have been serving as the Payroll/HRIS Manager at Concordia College since 2019.

Brenda Martel obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from North Dakota State University between 1983 and 1988. In April 2015, they obtained their Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification from the American Payroll Association (APA). In February 2019, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
