Calli Adamson Bakken has worked in various roles since 2011. Calli began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at SOLUTIONS Behavioral Healthcare Professionals. In this role, they were the primary HR contact for the organization and managed five systems, processed new hires and terminations, planned company events, and led a major HRIS system implementation. Calli then moved to the Residential Administrative Assistant/HR role, where they managed interviews, onboarding, employee licensing requirements, corporate foster care licensing requirements, financial documentation for foster care expenses, and training schedule management. Finally, they were the Scheduling Coordinator, developing a position to manage a complex, 24/7 scheduling of support staff within the residential program.

In 2017, Calli moved to OnCore Human Capital Management as a Client Success Manager. A year later, they were promoted to Senior Client Success Manager. Most recently, they have been the Director of Outreach and Engagement and Engagement Leader at Wanido since 2019. In this role, they have been responsible for motivating employees to engage in culture, health, and personal finances.

Calli Adamson Bakken attained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Concordia College between 2008 and 2011. Subsequently, they obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn in 2021, including The 22 Immutable Laws of Branding (Blinkist Summary), B2B Marketing on LinkedIn, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Improve SEO for Your Website, Interpersonal Communication, and Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself. In March 2022, they also obtained a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) certification from The Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice.
