Rose Maylen

Rose Maylen is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as the Sustainability Manager at WAP Sustainability since March 2022. In this role, Rose leads the development of life cycle assessments, corporate greenhouse gas inventories, and ESG strategy and reporting, with a strong focus on identifying emissions reduction opportunities. Prior to this position, Rose served as a Sustainability Analyst and Graduate Sustainability Consultant at Kellogg Company, where risk assessments were conducted using ESG indicators. Rose's early career includes roles as a Stewardship Technician with Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy and a Marketing and Research Coordinator at BareItAll Petfoods. Rose holds a Master's of Science in Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Environmental Science, and Psychology from Kalamazoo College. Additionally, an international educational experience at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica was completed in 2018.
